Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in BIM and design coordination
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC
- Experience on large-scale projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own BIM and design coordination delivery for projects
- Drive alignment between architectural and structural designs
- Plan and execute project milestones
- Identify design risks and implement resolutions
- Lead architectural design coordination across project stages
- Manage BIM Architects and coordination teams
- Ensure QA/QC standards are maintained
