Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with other 3D modeling software.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance 3D models for construction projects.
- Collaborate with teams to create innovative BIM solutions.
- Perform design and constructability studies.
- Review consultants' designs for compliance.
- Issue RFIs and follow up on design issues.
- Work with senior engineers to propose design solutions.
- Lead and guide draftspersons and 3D modellers.
