Core Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Korean or Japanese
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • English proficiency B2 or above

Responsibilities

  • Contact partners with outstanding payments via phone or email
  • Negotiate full or partial payments
  • Handle disputes related to unpaid invoices
  • Investigate cases with payment discrepancies
  • Support partners with account setup and configuration
  • Respond to inquiries about account status
  • Provide accurate and timely partner support
