- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices accurately and on time
- Perform meter reconciliations for pooling customers
- Review exceptions and resolve issues per billing policy
- Resolve cancel-related inquiries from internal customers
- Acknowledge and respond to inquiries
- Process system corrections and transactions promptly
- Partner with internal teams for accurate billing
