Core Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed invoice packages with required documentation
Reconcile labor postings for T&M billing
Classify billable vs. non-billable costs
Validate accuracy of system transactions
Perform unbilled analysis and AR aging analysis
Keep accurate records and track invoice status
Follow up on invoice and cost status with teams
