- Plan and execute middleware patching waves.
- Create and manage baselines and fixlets.
- Perform pre-checks and post-patch validation.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshoot patch deployment issues.
- Monitor compliance dashboards and telemetry.
- Provide weekend support during patching windows.
