Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Bid/Proposal Management or Sales Enablement.
- Strong understanding of HCM and Global Payroll.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and RFP automation tools.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
- Manage responses to RFPs and vendor onboarding forms.
- Maintain proposal templates and content libraries.
- Develop tailored executive summaries and value messaging.
- Ensure compliance with submission standards and deadlines.
- Support sales teams with bid strategies and competitive positioning.
- Track success metrics and proposal performance.
