Core Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 2 years relevant working experience in Backup and Storage technology
  • Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Administer backup and restoration using various applications
  • Monitor scheduled backup jobs and troubleshoot issues
  • Work with the Backup and Restoration Team on troubleshooting
  • Make recommendations for improvements to systems
  • Install and maintain backup applications
  • Create and update documentation for backup reports
  • Provide 24x7 rotating on-call support
