Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve backend issues in Node.js and GraphQL services.
- Write and optimize MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA teams before releases.
- Validate bug fixes and API behavior through QA cycles.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks using AWS CloudWatch.
- Work across time zones for support coverage.
- Participate in documentation and reliability improvements.
