Core Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems
- Proficiency with BMS communication protocols
- Good communication skills in BM & English
- Willing to travel for site work
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled & reactive maintenance on BMS systems
- Diagnose and repair BMS hardware/software faults
- Configure and commission controllers and sensors
- Perform system upgrades and firmware updates
- Optimize system performance for energy efficiency
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Prepare service reports and documentation
