Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers for collection of AR balances.
- Resolve issues relating to collection with the commercial team.
- Screen denied parties for new customers.
- Approve new customer creation and data changes.
- Review and release customer orders on-hold.
- Prepare AR reports for management.
- Attend AR review meetings with business units.
