Responsibilities

Manage daily facilities operations and maintenance
Conduct routine inspections of M&E systems
Supervise maintenance work by external contractors
Assist in project coordination for facility improvements
Troubleshoot M&E systems as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
