Responsibilities

Operate defect inspection tools such as Brightfield and Darkfield.
Create recipes for defect inspection tools.
Ensure OOC lots are on hold for troubleshooting.
Analyze in-line defect data from inspection tools.
Troubleshoot affected process tools based on data analysis.
Perform lot disposition for inspected lots.
Support process modules and yield engineering for inline defect support.
