Responsibilities

Prepare schedules for T&I activities
Manage subordinate staff daily
Coordinate with multiple departments
Supervise team performance during T&T phase
Attend project meetings and provide updates
Liaise with T&I companies on processes and timelines
Develop logistics concepts from conception to completion
