Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Monitor efficiency savings from improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct process improvement workshops with Service Delivery.
  • Deliver training sessions on quality tools.
  • Manage multiple initiatives independently.
  • Create visualizations using Power BI dashboards.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
