- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary or Corporate Reporting.
- Familiarity with capital market regulations and governance.
- Excellent coordination and formal communication skills.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare the annual and sustainability reports.
- Consistently communicate regulatory updates to relevant units.
- Support the preparation of annual meetings and documentation.
- Document routine meetings of the Board of Directors.
- Update the company website in collaboration with marketing.
- Collaborate with various departments for reporting data.
- Ensure compliance with regulations set by OJK.
