- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in ASIC design
- Knowledge of DFT, test, and silicon engineering
- Experience with JTAG, Scan, and BIST architectures
- Scripting skills in Tcl and Python/Perl
Responsibilities
- Implement Hardware Design-for-Test features.
- Develop innovative DFT IP in collaboration with teams.
- Work closely with design and verification teams.
- Enable test logic integration in implementation phases.
- Craft solutions with minimal mentorship.
- Participate in physical design aspects for silicon devices.
- Drive re-usable test and debug strategies.
