Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of art/design experience
- 3+ years in team management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual strategies aligned with marketing objectives
- Build and maintain MoMo's visual system
- Provide aesthetic direction for campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Oversee creation of design assets for digital platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of designers
- Manage design projects from ideation to completion
