- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Manage sales culture and achieve KPI targets.
- Monitor store performance and undertake performance improvement.
- Implement and comply with global operational standards.
- Guide and train retail staff on operational aspects.
- Handle store inventories and coordinate stock takes.
- Foster collaborative relations with country support functions.
- Drive process improvements and strategic priorities.
