Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for XRF products.
- Develop and document applications knowledge in XRF analysis.
- Assist sales by visiting customer sites.
- Prepare and deliver lectures and presentations.
- Collaborate with customers on application development.
- Support instrument installations and user training.
- Maintain relationships with subsidiaries and agents.
