Core Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to the IT Head on strategic direction.
Design and recommend software application solutions.
Ensure new systems meet functional requirements.
Review and improve existing systems using new technologies.
Provide high-level guidance on project work.
Communicate proposed technical solutions effectively.
Coach Applications and Technical Support Units.
