As an Application Support Specialist, you will support Innovatrics' biometric software in production environments. You will be the first technical point of contact for incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Strong ownership and structured troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Linux administration
  • Ability to read logs and identify issues
  • Proficient in English and Malay

Responsibilities

  • Own customer tickets end-to-end, including triage and resolution.
  • Communicate progress clearly to customers via various channels.
  • Monitor and coordinate patches/changes in customer environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge base and ticket hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot incidents using logs and system behavior.
  • Coordinate with HQ and local stakeholders during incidents.
