- Familiarity with ITIL framework.
Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum availability of trading applications.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for platforms.
- Monitor systems using real-time tools.
- Proactively resolve application and operational issues.
- Liaise with support teams and vendors for incident resolution.
- Review and improve support processes.
- Participate in maintenance tasks and testing.
