Responsibilities
- Monitor and support trading applications and environments
- Handle L2 incident, request, and change escalations
- Perform deployments, upgrades, and installations
- Write scripts for automation and monitoring
- Create and maintain runbooks and support documentation
- Manage change requests and ticket queues
- Support and guide junior team members
