- Provide L2/L3 support for the Vizor application.
- Support platform upgrades and workflow deployments.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Perform diagnostics on .NET applications.
- Monitor application performance and system health.
- Participate in release cycles and deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
