Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical incidents.
- Collaborate with development and support teams for issue resolution.
- Help onboard new customers and ensure proper setup.
- Create playbooks for problem-solving processes.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations if needed.
- Work with customers to identify issues and drive resolutions.
