- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and API
- Experience with databases and ORM frameworks
- Knowledge of FIS OPF product
Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis on incidents and provide solutions.
- Prioritize defects and plan for production releases.
- Develop programs and support end-to-end testing.
- Maintain production stability through risk assessments.
- Follow up on defect closure and meet KPIs.
- Share defect support learning with QA and development teams.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
