Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day L2 support for Aladdin
  • Log necessary information for service requests
  • Investigate and diagnose incidents
  • Follow up on outstanding incidents until closure
  • Support end users in system usage
  • Participate in regional project activities
  • Adhere to IT standard policies and maintain documentation
