Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in system support
- Knowledge of Aladdin solutions
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Relevant certifications in Aladdin and ITIL
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day L2 support for Aladdin
- Log necessary information for service requests
- Investigate and diagnose incidents
- Follow up on outstanding incidents until closure
- Support end users in system usage
- Participate in regional project activities
- Adhere to IT standard policies and maintain documentation
