- Engineering Degree from recognized university
- Polytechnic Diploma (Engineering) - GPA > 3.3
- Strong interest in technical role within Aviation industry
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Physically fit
Responsibilities
- Undergo a structured training program for CAT B License
- Perform aircraft maintenance tasks including inspection and repair
- Complete classroom lectures and practical training
- Pass Civil Aviation Authority examinations
- Serve a minimum of 5 years post-training
- Participate in assessments after each training module
- Work in both base and line maintenance environments
