Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI/ML/NLP
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience deploying AI in production environments
- Ability to communicate complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI roadmap
- Lead R&D and product teams in AI model deployment
- Build scalable AI/ML pipelines
- Integrate AI into internal tools and customer products
- Collaborate with teams to identify AI opportunities
- Evaluate and deploy LLMs for use cases
- Ensure ethical AI usage and performance monitoring
