- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in AI Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Knowledge of model optimization techniques
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and fine-tune open-source SLMs for helpdesk applications
- Implement model optimization techniques for edge devices
- Deploy models using frameworks like ONNX Runtime
- Collaborate with backend teams for system integration
- Monitor performance metrics on actual hardware
- Participate in the software development lifecycle
- Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies
