Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and billing.
  • Manage email inbox and correspondence.
  • Coordinate audit shield renewals.
  • Assist the CEO with scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and manage documents and presentations.
  • Handle client and staff onboarding.
