Responsibilities
- Attend to phone calls and resident queries
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Handle maintenance fee billing and collection
- Prepare and maintain reports and documents
- Coordinate payment procedures with vendors
- Assist in preparing AGM documents
- Perform other assigned duties
