Responsibilities

  • Manage the CMO's calendar and scheduling requests
  • Draft internal and external communications for the CMO
  • Organize meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CMO
  • Oversee the creation of briefing documents
  • Maintain effective communication on behalf of the CMO
  • Provide special project support as required
