Responsibilities

  • Manage human resources administration including employee data filing.
  • Process recruitment administration from interview scheduling to onboarding.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and permissions.
  • Prepare and verify payroll administration including salary components.
  • Manage BPJS Health and Employment administration.
  • Support HR activities such as training and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate general affairs needs including office supplies and maintenance.
