Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with debt collection processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AR processes including invoicing and collection tracking.
- Handle US client accounts ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with debt collection agencies to recover overdue accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk cases.
- Reduce overdue receivables by at least 25% within 3 months.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes.
- Prepare AR performance reports for management.
