Core Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of Accounting reconciliations or Cash Application
- 3 years of MS Office experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and post payments to correct customer accounts.
- Perform cash applications based on customer remittance advice.
- Prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation.
- Research customer payment history to correct errors.
- Analyze and reconcile account postings.
- Interface with customers to determine receipt remittance.
- Maintain documentation for audits.
