- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor compliance with company policies
- Ensure completeness of invoice documentation
- Sort and process invoices due for payment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare reports for management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
