Core Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accountancy or Finance
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Detail-oriented and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries and accruals
- Manage month-end and year-end closing cycles
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Facilitate statutory compliance and tax filings
- Support external audits with documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements
