Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with compliance and external stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day General Accounting operations
- Check invoices and reconcile accounts receivables
- Conduct monthly Inventory Audits
- Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC, BIR, and other agencies
- Monitor Finance and Accounting staff performance
- Develop policies and procedures for business targets
- Prepare management reports and recommendations
