  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage tracking systems for accurate records
  • Activate 50-60 GPS trackers daily
  • Prepare and maintain billing descriptions
  • Reconcile billing forms for accuracy
  • Process invoices timely and accurately
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate communications related to billing
