- 4+ years experience in QuickBooks Online
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Ability to perform reconciliations
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Set up and manage chart of accounts
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Maintain organized financial records
