Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer payments across the Americas.
  • Post and allocate daily cash for NA entities.
  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
  • Maintain customer master data and perform credit checks.
  • Participate in team meetings to resolve issues.
  • Manage month-end close activities and reporting.
  • Track and report KPI metrics for performance improvement.
