Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address issues.
- Prepare reports on account status and client feedback.
- Renew contracts and negotiate terms with clients.
