Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-ups with clients for outstanding receivables
- Prioritize collection efforts based on reports
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
- Track overdue balances and ensure timely collections
- Categorize merchants based on risk assessment
- Prepare and send tax invoices
- Address merchant inquiries related to payments
