Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor annual business plans.
- Service agents and resolve their issues.
- Recruit new agents to meet targets.
- Promote products to customers and agents.
- Follow up on commission recoveries.
- Conduct marketing activities to strengthen relationships.
- Participate in review meetings with management.
