  • Conduct 300+ outbound dials daily
  • Field inbound communication from customers
  • Educate customers on products and pricing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist in lead distribution among Account Managers
  • Participate in onboarding new hires
  • Audit and monitor calls for quality assurance
