Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the project acceptance results.
- Establish an acceptance team.
- Organize the customer and project team to set acceptance criteria.
- Create acceptance document templates and plans.
- Monitor acceptance implementation and process.
- Collect and escalate quality issues during acceptance.
- Work with project managers to improve customer relationships.
